This website is run by Law Booksellers Ltd, trading as We Buy Law Books, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12201733. Our registered office is 692 Bradford Road, Huddersfield, HD2 2JY.

What this website collects

The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which set cookies to count visits and to measure the results of our adverts. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy. The personal information the website collects from you directly is what you enter in the valuation form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, where the books are, who is selling, what the books are, any photos you attach, and how you heard about us.

How we use it

We use these details to value your books, to contact you about your enquiry, and to arrange the collection and payment if you decide to sell. We do this because you have asked us to, before entering into a sale with you.

We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their marketing.

How it reaches us

Your details pass through Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Both act only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your sale, and keep any records the law requires us to hold for longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Call or WhatsApp us on 07920 748314, or write to us at our registered office.
